Delete your ePayVista account

You can close your ePayVista merchant account at any time. This applies to accounts created in the ePayVista app for iPhone and Android, in the merchant portal, or through the WooCommerce plugin.

In the app

Open Settings, then Delete account, and confirm with your password. Your login is closed immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We close the login and sign you out everywhere.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your login, your sign-in tokens on every device, and your ability to create new payment links.
• Kept: records of payments that already settled (amount, wallet address, transaction identifier), for legal and accounting reasons. Blockchain transactions are public by nature and cannot be removed from the network.

Any payment already on its way to your wallet still arrives there. ePayVista never holds your funds, so there is nothing to withdraw before you close the account.
